Driver
A Driver can be assigned to a vehicle to help better manage your fleet. By assigning a Driver to a vehicle, you get a more accurate picture of a driver’s behavior. You can also maintain important information about a Driver, such as driver license, insurance expiration dates and contact information. Drivers are very useful when a vehicle can be driven by more than one driver. By assigning a Driver you can pinpoint which driver was responsible for a particular event. You can also add a photo to the Driver
License/Insurance
This tab contains driver’s license and insurance information. You can maintain data such as license restrictions and expiration dates.
Contact Information
This tab contains contact information for the driver. You can maintain phone numbers, email addresses and emergency contact info.
Vehicle History
This tab contains information about when a driver was assigned to a vehicle.

This article will describe the logic used for how non-client administrator users can create, view and assign users.
- User is only in my set of dbo.group(s)
- Full User View, edit and delete functionality
- User is in my set of dbo.group(s), but also in other dbo.group(s)
- Limits to View and edit functions, no delete ability
- User does not belong to any of my assigned dbo.group(s)
- I cannot view
- New users that have not been assigned to any dbo.group or security.group will be viewable and editable
- You can only assign the dbo.group that you belong to other user that you can edit.
- You cannot remove dbo.group from other user
- You can only assign the security.group you are a member to the other user that you can edit
- You cannot remove security.group from other user
- dbo.group – the Groups within the Dashboard that entities are assigned
- security.group – Security Groups within the Create Users and Manage Permissions page
The following Resources are already in place to allow the Administrator to determine which users have access to the Security Groups:
- SECURITYGROUP_DELETE
- SECURITYGROUP_RESOURCE_ASSIGN
- SECURITYGROUP_SAVE
